It reviews and rates products for quality, developmental appropriateness and educational and play value and is judged by experts in the areas of child development, children's literature and education and an objective panel of parents and children. Its reviews are featured on NBC's Today Show and published in Oppenheim Toy Portfolio 2002 edition.
